YOGA

Series of movements encouraging proper alignment of the body, to bring balance, strength and calmness. Postures and stretches are combined with breathing techniques to help develop flexibility and achieve relaxation.

 

PILATES

Series of movements focusing on awareness of alignment of the spine, breathing, and activation of body muscles. Benefits include lean muscles, improved core strength, flexibility and awareness of the ideal posture.
