Pilates Mat with Props (60 min) every Wednesday, starting 3 April 2019
A 60-min session focused on improving the body’s alignment, posture, flexibility, muscle control, balance and endurance. Props like resistance bands will be used and classes consist of a sequence of beginner’s and intermediate Pilates exercises. The class centers around building strong core muscles — the abdominal and back muscles that support the spine. This is a non-impact session which integrates concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. Benefits include achieving efficiency of movement, mobility and enhanced concentration through conditioning the body from the inside out.
Suitable for beginners!

Comfortably attired in loose or stretchy clothing.
