Pilates Mat (60 min) every Tuesday, starting 3 July 2018
A 60-min session focused on improving the body’s alignment, posture, flexibility, muscle control, balance and endurance. Consisting of a sequence of beginner’s and intermediate Pilates exercises, the class centers around building strong core muscles — the abdominal and back muscles that support the spine. This is a non-impact session which integrates concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. Benefits include achieving efficiency of movement, mobility and enhanced concentration through conditioning the body from the inside out.
Date: Every Tuesday
Time: 7pm to 8pm
Comfortably attired in loose or stretchy clothing.
What to bring: Pilates mat, towel and water
1 session: S$ 30 nett per session per participant
4 sessions: S$120 nett + 1 free session (Total 5 sessions)
